At Emergency Training Australia all of our first aid instructors are Emergency Medical Response Fire Fighters, qualified Paramedics or Registered Nurses, therefore they perform first aid and CPR in real life situations all the time. We never use volunteers or inexperienced personnel and are very proud of the expertise our instructors can offer you.
To comply with our meticulous selection, every instructor in our team must have:
- In excess of four years experience as an Emergency Medical Response Fire Fighters, Paramedic or Registered Nurse or emergency services equivalent.
- A Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training.
- Demonstrated expertise in presenting first aid training to a range of client types.
Our instructors help train people to think logically about first aid situations, as this is how they respond in first aid or life threatening situations. We use real life experiences to give examples throughout the course to make it as relevant as possible to you and your needs.
All of our courses are nationally recognised and follow the latest Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines. Emergency Training Australia Pty Ltd conducts First Aid training in partnership with APL Group, RTO number 3586.
